This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services purchased from Sharklance Media, a digital marketing agency in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions. Where your written Proposal or agreement sets different terms, the Proposal applies.
1. Monthly retainers (performance marketing, social media, automation support)
- Retainers are billed in advance for each month or billing cycle.
- You may cancel by giving [30] days' written notice to business@sharklance.in. Fees for the notice period remain payable.
- Fees for a billing cycle that has already started are non-refundable.
2. One-time projects (websites, landing pages, creative / UGC production, automation builds)
- Projects usually require an advance payment of [50]% before work starts.
- If you cancel before work has started, the advance is refunded less any third-party costs already incurred and an administrative charge of [₹X].
- If you cancel after work has started, fees for work completed up to the cancellation date are payable and are not refundable. Any advance above the value of completed work will be refunded.
- Once final deliverables are approved or handed over, the project fee is non-refundable.
3. Advertising spend
Ad spend consumed by Meta, Google or any other platform cannot be refunded by us. Any unused ad budget held by us on your behalf will be returned or carried forward as agreed in your Proposal, after deducting amounts already spent or committed.
4. Third-party costs
Costs paid to third parties for your project — such as domains, hosting, software subscriptions, stock media, fonts, plugins and creator / influencer fees — are non-refundable once purchased or booked.
5. Agency ad accounts / advertising infrastructure
Setup fees are non-refundable once the account or infrastructure has been provisioned. If a platform disables or restricts an account due to policy violations in your ads, landing pages or business, no refund is due.
6. Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel an engagement for reasons on our side, we will refund any fees paid for work not yet performed. We may suspend or cancel services without refund if you breach our Terms, advertising platform policies or the law.
7. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or by bank transfer within [7–14] working days of approval. Applicable taxes are refunded only where permitted.
